Meet Kenya


Kenya Moses is a seasoned entrepreneur, women's well-being & fitness expert, author and speaker; in addition to being the Founder & CEO of  Be A Fit Mama, Inc. since 2009.

 

A sought-after workshop leader, speaker and writer; Kenya has been featured in a number of publications, including Essence Magazine, PopSugar, eHow, Livestrong, Thriving Women in Business Magazine. In 2010 she published her first book, Be A Fit Mama: The Essential Pregnancy Stretch Manualand her newest book The Single Mama’s Guide to Getting Sh*t Done: Self-Care for Personal Transformation is now available on Amazon, Google Books and where books are sold. 

 

As a business school alumni, Kenya’s unique combination of life experience and education has propelled her to become an expert mentor for small business owners in creating healthy, fulfilling life visions and thriving businesses. Kenya is a single mother of two boys, a professional dancer, classically trained vocalist and Tipi Specialist.
