Once you've gathered more energy into your life you are ready to regenerate and build on everything you've worked through the weeks prior. 



Week Four is your time for renewal. A time to congratulate your mind and body on all the hard work it has done over the last three weeks. You will be inspired to continue on your journey and make living a healthy lifestyle a priority.



***Every week includes 4 exercise videos, 1 mindfulness activity and healthy eating reading and implementation. Coaching calls are scheduled for every other week.
