WEEK THREE: RE-GENERATION
Once you've gathered more energy into your life you are ready to regenerate and build on everything you've worked through the weeks prior.
WEEK FOUR: RE-NEWAL
Week Four is your time for renewal. A time to congratulate your mind and body on all the hard work it has done over the last three weeks. You will be inspired to continue on your journey and make living a healthy lifestyle a priority.

The Just Press Play Challenge is all about finding out what works for you. You will learn how to find the right foods for you body, how to safely eliminate or limit the type(s) of foods that may be creating more issues in your body.
Each video workout is between 17-25 minutes in length. This is addition to your mindfulness activities may bring the time needed to 35-45 per day.
Absolutely! The coaching calls are dedicated to supporting you and helping you through any challenges you may face. And to also celebrate you successes. :-)
No, not at all. The Facebook group is a space where you can ask questions and engage with other challenge participants, but it is not a requirement for the program. The members allows for comments and questions that will go directly to Kenya.
Although the program is sequential, you will want to move through the program at your own pace. If you miss a day, return to the day you missed and move on from there.
